Samsung has temporarily halted shipments of the Galaxy Buds3 Pro due to quality control issues. Early users reported that the ear tips were delicate and broke easily when removed.
In a statement to Android Authority, Samsung confirmed that it had “temporarily suspended deliveries of Galaxy Buds3 Pro devices to distribution channels” in order to assess quality before wider distribution.
Customers who had already received the earphones were urged to visit a service facility or get in touch with Samsung support, and the company expressed regret for any difficulty caused.
This delay comes after Samsung Korea issued a comparable apology and stressed that a comprehensive inspection would be conducted prior to the planned July 24 release. The source states that Amazon has already taken down the product listing in the United States.
However, Samsung’s own website has updated the release date to August 28, while Best Buy’s website no longer allows pre-orders, only indicating that the product is “coming soon.”
The distribution date for Indian customers has been extended to August 24 or later, depending on the region, according to Samsung’s India website. Noted: The non-Pro version of the Galaxy Buds 3 is still available for delivery in 4–5 days.
According to Samsung’s updated website, shipping for the Galaxy Buds3 Pro is expected to start in late August, while the unaffected Galaxy Buds3 remain available.
